Magic is our Team Name. We walked into Franklin Wright Settlements today as Team 5 and we left as The Team that makes magic happen!
Sometimes we don't realize that a dream can come true. Detroit became alive in my mind just by looking in the eyes of the people in it. Volunteerism opened my eyes to read new words and write new dreams for myself. Impossible is impossible- this is what i learned today! We are given two projects to accomplish for Franklin Wright and it seemed impossible and people are doubting that we will finish both in time.
Maybe we may not finish but our energy will be given from the smiles and the dreams of little kids and that will accomplish the impossible.
I Hope our Magic Team will bring magic to Detroit and to ASB to inspire others that we can do anything by living united.
Our passion is the sunshine of Detroit. Even though Detroit seems to Need to much help but there will be an end and a start. As someone once said " the sky is the darkest just before dawn". Our Passion is the sun, let it rise upon Detroit!
