United Way for Southeastern Michigan

The other day, I received a call from a lady who asked me to come in to her office to get my baby tested for sickle cell. I explained to her that I did not hav transportation and would have to take three buses just to reach her. She was so glad that I at least made the effort to come out that she was willing to come pick me up a little less than half way so that I wouldn't have to walk so far from the bus stop down to her office. After a long talk, she told my husband and I that we can call her for basically anything. She gave me some numbers to get help with anything that I might need. Itss like she saw my problems before she even knew my full name. Its like god appointed her to me or me to her. Well, to make a long story short, someone who I thought was just gonna be another doctor who I was gonna say hi and bye to and never speak to again ended up being someone who I promised to always keep in touch with and go to in my deepest time of need. I just met her and already feel like I can go to her for anything. But the purpose for this blog was to show everyone that it is true that blessings come when you least expect in. If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, god surely will pull you through the storm. So, never ever loose faith. Your time will come
