Check out the following "State of the...." addresses. 

The City of Detroit's State of the City Address will be given by Mayor Cockrell at 7 pm today. The Mayor has also added a PDF of his Budget Deficit Reduction Plan to the City website, if you'd like to review it before the address:  http://www.ci.detroit.mi.us/Departments/MayorsOffice/BudgetDeficitReductionPlan/tabid/2370/Default.aspx

The State of Macomb County address will be given by Paul Gieleghemon Wednesday, Feb 11 @ 11:30 am (http://www.macombcountymi.gov/publicAffairs/pdf/2009_News_Releases_Advisories/REL09_004_01_21_2009.pdf)

The State of Oakland County address was given by L. Brooks Patterson on February 3, 2009. The address is available for download, or you can watch or listen to it,  by going here: http://www.oakgov.com/exec/speeches/
