Focus: Hope — Senior Meal Packaging and Delivery
Since 1968, Focus: Hope (1200-B Oakman Blvd., Detroit) has grown to become a nationally renowned civil and human rights organization diligently working to bridge the racial and economic divide in southeast Michigan through numerous programs:
- Food & Basic Needs
- Workforce Development & Education
- HOPE Village Initiative
Focus: HOPE requires numerous volunteers to pack and deliver nutritionally balanced food boxes to more than 42,000 seniors per month.
Volunteer shifts occur on an ongoing basis and can be based around the volunteer's schedule. Volunteers must complete an application and liability release to participate. This opportunity is available to individuals and groups of up to 30 volunteers. Volunteers can pack food boxes, deliver food boxes, or both.
