Oakland Family Services (114 Orchard Lake Road, Pontiac) serves more than 43,000 children, adolescents and adults every year. Participants in many programs also receive services in their homes, schools, hospitals, nursing homes and in the workplace. OFS helps children and adults to set goals, explore alternatives and to resolve even the most difficult crises.
Volunteers are needed to help organize the lending library and foster care closet.
Volunteers must complete an application and liability release. If volunteering on an ongoing or long-term basis, an additional background check, TB test and drug test are required. This opportunity can accept individual volunteers only. Scheduling will be based on the volunteer's schedule.
